ci: 新增运行 hello.sh脚本的步骤

- 在 .drone.yml 文件中添加了新的步骤 run-hello-script - 使用 docker.1ms.run/alpine:latest 作为基础镜像- 通过 chmod +x hello.sh 为脚本添加执行权限- 执行 hello.sh 脚本
